Fees
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility with cutting edge technology and equipment, for the highest quality veterinary care available. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
We are NOT for one -time "put out this fire and I will never come back" medicine, or "will you do the surgery only", clients.
We are NOT for people who want a band aid to keep the patient going and then buy their products on the Internet.
If you think of yourself as a discount shopper, or you believe "do-it-yourself" vaccinations are acceptable medical standards, we respectfully ask you to go elsewhere. Even though our fees are completely in line with other practices, our services are more intense and thorough and you should expect to spend a little more.
Appointments
We see patients strictly by appointment only, no walk ins for routine visits, except for extreme emergencies.
We encourage you to request the Free Reports on the Home Page to become more familiar with us. It will include special introductory offers and show you how to qualify for discounts. You will also be offered an initial examination/consultation to get to know us and for us to answer all your questions before you commit to a long term relationship.
It is a big decision, not to be made lightly, and we will gladly provide you references of recent new clients who are glad they did.

Our office facilitates communications and after hour emergency calls and initial evaluation appointments are available and welcomed, especially for new patients seeking better than average care and attention to detail.
If after the initial evaluation, we find that we are compatible and of the same philosophy, we will invite you and your pet to become a permanent member of one of our pre-paid health plans. Of course you may cancel anytime if you no longer wish to participate.
If we find that this will not be a long term happy relationship, we part as friends, no hard feelings!
Financial
We do not claim to be the cheapest health care provider by any means. If our hands are tied and we are limited to inferior diagnostic work ups and preventative health plans, our results would also be mediocre, which would not be in the best interest of our patients.
We strongly encourage participation in one of our pre-paid health programs to help spread the finances evenly throughout the year.
We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment your pet needs. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.We strongly suggest everybody apply for Care Credit in advance, so that avenue will be available for emergencies.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
