About Us
Albert Nelmapius, DVMVeterinarian
Born in South Africa, Dr. Nelmapius is a graduate of University of Pretoria. After graduating he was a veterinarian for the Army in South Africa. Dr. Nelmapius has been a citizen in the United States for over 15 years, and has done tremendous amounts of work with dogs, cats, and exotic animals. Since opening Safari Animal Clinic in 1985, Dr. Nelmapius has done work with laser surgery and advanced dental scalings. In his spare time he enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his son Kegan.
